Before you purchase a parole packet service from us, we require a consultation interview. The intent of this interview is to understand what your inmate's needs are, as well as to determine the best components for parole consideration. Most consultations last about one (1) to one and a half (1 & 1/2) hours. Payment for consultations are due upfront. You are not obligated to purchase a packet from us. We understand often times you simply need guidance in the parole process. At this time we are not able to physically meet with inmates. However, we will work with a designated family member or friend. In addition we provide all details to you and to the inmate after the consultation.
Consultation includes: - Determine Specified Parole Board - Crime Data - Re-Entry Facts - Parole Attorney and Previous Packet Preps - Previous Incarceration - Previous Parole/Probation Facts - Institutional Adjustment - Educational Planning/Resources - Mental & Behavioral Health Needs - Gang Affiliation - Housing/Transportation - Employment Review/Resources - Religious Affiliations - Financial Statement - Picture Collaboration - Letter Writing/Gathering - Translation Services - Interstate Compact - Supplemental Data - Theme for packet/Strongest Attributes Every parole packet is different. Each client cannot obtain an approval with a cookie cut design. We take time to theme the packet and highlight the most important attributes and components for the parole board to review!
